The Founder PRESIDENT (Adv. Prof. Sanjeev Sharma) from India is a visionary who looks forward to see a more professional approach in the field of Swimming. He has a vast experience in teaching & imbibing swimming skills. He himself is a certified Life Guard from Royal Life Saving Society, Perth, Australia in the year of 2003. He is also a certified swimming coach from NIS Patiala in Grade 'A' (in short term course jointly organised by NIS Patiala and SAI [Sports Authority of India]) & has done Diploma in Sports (Specialisation in Swimming) from ITK, Universitat Leipzig, Germany. he has an experience of over 15 years in teaching swimming to beginners & 8 years to competitive swimmers. Prof. Sharma not only posses professional degrees in the field of swimming & life guard but also is a graduate from Shri Ram College Commerce & studied his masters at Delhi School of Economics, LL. B., M. Phil & is a Ph. D. He has also 9 reference books on Economics and Finance for senior school, MBA and BBA level students, UGC NET. He is also Chief Editor of an International Journal of Management and Technology Research (ISSN No. 2277-291X). He is also regular writer of articles on economics and finance for international illustrative newsmagazine. President is a very dynamic personality that is reflected from his various achievements. He bid farewell from competitive swimming with his sea race in Jan'2003 Perth, Australia, where he has won a consolation prize. He is recipient of "Shaheed Ajay Award" for Best Sportsperson of the Year by Gwalior District Authorities 1995 & Lifetime achievement award by Lt. Rajmata Vijayaraje Scindia Trust 2023.

The JOINT SECRETARY (Adv. Lakshan Wijewardena) is from Sri Lanka. Adv. Lakshan is a MA – Philosophy (University of Kelaniya), MA – Criminology (University of Sri Jayawardenapura) and did his LL. B. (University of Colombo), Attorney – at – Law (Sri Lanka Law College), Diploma in Sports Science (N.I.S.S. – SL), Diploma in swimming Coaching (Universitat Leipzig, Germany), Diploma in International Relationship (Bandaranayke Center for International Studies), Diploma in Disaster Management (University of Kalaniya), Diploma in Writing ship and Mass communication (University of Sri Jayawardenapura), Diploma in Youth Development Work (Open University of S.L.), Diploma in Human Rights (University of Peredeniya), Diploma in Buddhist psychology and Counselling (University of Kalaniya), Diploma in Information Technology (University of Colombo)

The SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT (Mr. P S Bundela) is from Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. Currently, he is a social worker but an active well known personality in Sports of Madhya Pradesh. He is retired from the position of Deputy Director, Sports And Youth Welfare, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Mr. Bundela has a vast experience in sports, as he has organised many state and national level sports tournaments, represented state and country as a manager and technical official in numerous national and international tournaments. Furthermore, he has been appointed as Chief De Mission of Madhya Pradesh State in the National Games at Goa. Currently, he is also President of Kyaking and Canoeing Association of MP, also from last 12 years he is fulfilling his responsibilities as an Administrator in Sports and Youth Welfare Dept. of Govt. MP. Mr. Bundela is also President of Virasat Bachao Manch. There are many more achievements and credentials of Mr. Bundela in the field of Sports to be acknowledged.

The TREASURER (Dr. Sandeep Sharma) is from Uttrakhand, India. Dr. Sharma is Pro - Vice Chancellor at Pretigious Dev Bhoomi University, Uttrakhand, India. Dr. Sharma is a visionary and has helped the University to inculcate the research as a routine in their academic culture. Dr. Sharma is also recipient of Highest Sports Award of Government of MP (India) i.e. Vikram Puraskar. Also Dr. Sharma is a silver medallist in the Asia Pacific Swimming and Diving Championship. Other than this he has won several medals at national and state level in diving. Dr. Sharma has done his certification program in swimming coaching from prestigious NS NIS (Netaji Subhash National Inst. of Sports) Patiala and SAI (Sports Authority of India). Dr. Sharma is recipient of various prestigious awards also including Gramya Awards 2025.
